Since 2007, the company has been committed to offering top-quality interior and exterior painting services, as well as cabinet painting, to clients in the local community. Known for their high standards and attention to detail, they deliver superior customer service at competitive prices.

Marlin Painting Company came to me when they were convinced their campaigns were mediocre and could be improved.

The Challenge

Despite years of running Google Ads Campaigns, they struggled to see meaningful results. Over time, they launched several campaigns, but the outcomes were mediocre, with minimal impact on lead generation or business growth. While the company’s services were in demand, their Google Ads were not effectively reaching their target audience or driving enough conversions. The Solution

After assessing the existing campaigns, I quickly identified that the company needed a more refined and targeted approach. The existing campaigns were too broad and were not reaching the right audience. I proposed creating a brand-new campaign with specific ad groups that would cater to different services offered by the company, such as interior painting, exterior painting, and cabinet painting.

I set up 8 new ad groups, each aligned with different high-intent search terms. This ensured that the ads would only appear for relevant searches, increasing the chances of attracting potential clients. Additionally, I incorporated negative keywords to filter out irrelevant searches, improving the efficiency of the ad spend. By closely monitoring and optimizing the campaign, I was able to deliver much more precise targeting and greater visibility for the company’s services.

The Result

The new Google Ads Campaign dramatically improved the company’s online presence. The search term accuracy increased to over 90%, meaning that nearly all the clicks they were paying for came from relevant searches that aligned with their service offerings. As a result, the company started attracting four new clients each month directly through Google Ads Campaigns.

The company was thrilled with the results, as this precision in their Google Ads strategy helped them generate steady new business and get a better return on their advertising investment.
