Their product is clinically optimized to help people manage high blood sugar levels and maintain healthy A1c levels. With their strong scientific backing and commitment to empowering individuals, they had a great product, but they weren’t reaching enough of their target audience online.
Despite their product’s efficacy, their previous Google Ads Campaigns struggled to deliver results, prompting them to look for a more effective approach. That’s when they contacted me for help.
The Challenge
Despite having worked with another Google Ads expert, the previous campaigns were underperforming. Conversion tracking was inaccurate, leading to skewed data and inefficient ad spend. In addition, I created a Performance Max Campaign to promote them through Google Shopping Ads, increasing product visibility across Google’s network. By ensuring that conversion tracking was correctly implemented, I could better monitor key actions on the website, such as purchases and sign-ups. This allowed me to optimize the campaigns in real-time, ensuring the ad spend was driving tangible results.
The Result
The results were a significant improvement. They went from zero sales to consistently achieving over 25 sales per month. With accurate conversion tracking, they could now measure success and optimize accordingly. Additionally, the conversion rate increased to over 5%, and the campaigns reached over 200 people each month. This turnaround in performance allowed them to grow their customer base and make a positive impact on more people managing their blood sugar.
