I started my work with this client by assessing the current state of their Google Ads Campaigns, identifying any gaps, and developing a training
plan tailored to meet their specific needs. Given that the individual responsible for managing ads had limited experience, I focused on providing them with a foundational understanding of campaign structure, keyword targeting, and performance analysis to maximize their ad performance in a competitive space.

Wheelchair Parts, based in Minnesota, has been a trusted provider of high-quality
wheelchair parts and accessories since 1974. Specializing in components like bearings, wheels, armrests, leg rests, and upholstery, the company serves a diverse clientele looking to extend the life and quality of their wheelchairs. They are well-known for their extensive inventory and competitive wholesale pricing.

Despite their longstanding reputation and wide product selection, they faced a challenge in effectively managing Google Ads Campaigns. Although they recognized the potential of paid advertising to boost traffic and conversions, they lacked an in-house team member with the necessary experience to handle these efforts. An initial hire, named Brad, for this purpose had basic marketing skills but required comprehensive training to effectively optimize and manage campaigns. Additionally, we focused on achieving high-quality scores for each ad to maximize visibility and minimize cost per click. Through hands-on exercises and real-time adjustments, we tailored the campaign to align with the company’s specific goals and target audience, ultimately setting the stage for effective, sustainable campaign management.

The Result

The training program produced outstanding results. Brad not only became comfortable managing campaigns independently but also achieved measurable success in campaign performance. The ongoing active campaign has driven substantial traffic to their website, with most of the ad quality scores reaching an impressive 10/10, showing the effectiveness of the ad copy and relevance to the target audience.

Furthermore, the campaign has maintained a high click-through rate (CTR) of approximately 19%, showing strong engagement and alignment with user search intent. The client was highly pleased with these results, which marked a considerable improvement in their Google Ads approach and set them up for continued success.
